Hayley Gold

Hayley Gold is a comic book writer and artist living in New York. She is currently working towards a degree in cartooning at the School of Visual Arts, but has had her work published in such anthologies as The Strumpet and World War 3 Illustrated. Additionally (and more relevantly), Hayley has a passion for cryptic puzzles, as well as other “variety” style word puzzles a la Patrick Berry. A huge fan of both Hex and Maltby, she is always on the lookout for the rare variety cryptic; thus she is proud to be a contributor to Cryptic All-Stars and looks forward to seeing more American cryptic publications. Of course, she still enjoys a good Saturday NYT in their absence.
