Using Google Accounts with Puzzazz

Puzzazz uses Google Accounts for authentication. You need to sign into Puzzazz if you want to purchase ebooks on our web site, synchronize purchases between different devices, or track solves of our web site puzzles. When you sign into Puzzazz in our app or on the web site, you are signing in with your Google Account. Your personal information, including your password, is never given to Puzzazz, only to Google.

Do I already have a Google Account?

You might have a Google Account and not know you have one. Many people have more than one. If you have more than one email address, you can choose to create a Google Account for any or all of them. Puzzazz doesn't care which one you use, as long as you use the same one everywhere.

If you have a Gmail account, you already have a Google Account.

If you have signed into any Google services such as YouTube, Blogger, Picasa, Google+, Google Hangouts, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Keep, or Google Alerts, you already have a Google Account.

If you don't have a Google Account

You can create a Google Account for any email address you own. Click the Sign In or Sign Up button below, then click the Sign Up button in the upper right corner of the window.

On the next screen, click on the I prefer to use my current email address link below the Choose your username text box. Follow the instructions and click the Next Step button at the bottom to create your Google Account and sign into Puzzazz.

What is my Google Account?

If you're contacting us with a support question, we may need to know what Google Account you're using. For some people, the email address they sign in with is not the same as the primary email address for the Google Account. This can happen if you have multiple email accounts, use email aliases, or a few other reasons.

To find out the primary email address for your Google Account, visit your account page. The email address shown at the top is your primary email address. If you have a Gmail email address, you already have a Google Account.
